FULL DAY FANSIPAN TREKKING TOUR – RETURN BY CABLE CAR

1 Day Adventure Tour

07:00: Pick up at your hotel in Sapa Town and transfer to the trekking starting point.

07:30: Meet your local trekking guide and begin hiking through the forests of Hoang Lien Son National Park.

09:30: Continue trekking along mountain trails, enjoying the fresh air, diverse vegetation and spectacular mountain scenery.

12:00: Stop for a picnic lunch along the trail and take a short rest.

13:00: Continue the challenging ascent toward the Fansipan summit area, enjoying panoramic views of the surrounding mountains.

14:30 – 15:30: Reach the Fansipan summit area at 3,143 metres, weather and trail conditions permitting. Enjoy the scenery and take photographs.

15:30 – 16:30: Descend to the Fansipan Cable Car station and take the cable car back down the mountain.

16:30 – 17:00: Transfer back to Sapa Town. End of the tour.

Meals: Picnic lunch.

Note: This is a challenging trek requiring good physical fitness. The trekking route, summit access and return time depend on weather, trail conditions and cable car operating hours. The exact route and cable car station must be confirmed before departure. A summit visit is not guaranteed in adverse conditions.

Pick up at Lao Cai train station and transfer to Sapa by car or minivan
Meet your guide and driver at the hotel at 5:00am, (we arrange some takeaway breakfast for you to enjoy on the way, the restaurants in Sapa are too early to open) leave Sapa for Heaven gate.
Check your equipments and baggage carefully before the trip. At 5.30, start to an adventure the highest peak in Indochina. Trekking through a primary forest giant centuries-old pine expanses of yellow bamboo. At the elevation of 2.600m above sea level, stop for breakfast and having a short rest in 25 minutes. Continue ascending to the top at 12.00 where stop for lunch in 40 minutes, then take some pictures for unforgettable experience and your proud of victory at the top. After taking in the scenery and atmosphere on Vietnam’s highest point, take the same way to go down to the foot of Mount. At 4.30, then take a car to the Sapa for shower then transfer to Lao Cai to take the overnight train back to Hanoi.

1 Day: FULL DAY FANSIPAN TREKKING TOUR – RETURN BY CABLE CAR

6:00 am Our local guide and driver will pick you up at your hotel in Sapa Town

After a short briefing about the trekking route and safety instructions then transfer by car to Tram Ton Pass, the starting point of your Fansipan mt adventure.

The drive takes around 20–30 minutes through the beautiful mountain road of O Quy Ho Pass.

Begin your trekking journey from Tram Ton at an altitude of approximately 1,950m.

The first section of the trek takes you through lush rainforest, bamboo forests, and scenic mountain trails inside Hoang Lien National Park. Along the way, you will enjoy fresh mountain air, peaceful nature, and spectacular views of the surrounding valleys.The trail is relatively gentle at the beginning, allowing you to comfortably warm up for the climb ahead.

Arrive at the resting point at around 2,200m altitude. Take a short break to relax, drink water, and enjoy the incredible mountain scenery. From this point, the trail becomes steeper and more challenging with rocky paths and natural stone steps. However, the breathtaking landscape makes every step worthwhile. Reach the campsite at approximately 2,800m where you will enjoy a picnic lunch surrounded by the majestic mountains of the Hoang Lien Son range.

After lunch, take some time to rest and recover energy before continuing the final ascent to the summit. Continue trekking through the most exciting part of the route.The trail features steep climbs, mountain ridges, and dramatic landscapes above the clouds.

Finally, arrive at the summit of Fansipan – the Roof of Indochina at 3,143m above sea level. Celebrate your achievement, take memorable photos at the summit marker, and admire the spectacular panoramic views of northern Vietnam.

Enjoy your time at the summit before going down to the cable car station for the journey back to Sapa.
