1 Day Cycling Tour (BL: Breakfast & Lunch)

08:00: Pick up at your hotel in Sapa Town. Meet your guide, receive your bicycle and safety instructions.

08:30: Start cycling from Sapa through scenic mountain roads, enjoying panoramic views of Muong Hoa Valley and terraced rice fields.

10:00: Arrive at Lao Chai Village, explore local Hmong culture and traditional village life.

11:00: Continue cycling to Ta Van Village, home to the Giay ethnic minority, surrounded by beautiful rice terraces and mountain scenery.

12:00: Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant or village homestay.

13:00: Continue cycling toward Ban Ho Village, passing through peaceful valleys, traditional villages and spectacular countryside.

15:00: Explore Ban Ho Village, discover local ethnic culture and enjoy the natural scenery.

16:00: Transfer or cycle back toward Sapa, depending on the route and cycling conditions.

17:00 – 17:30: Arrive in Sapa Town. End of the tour. Sapa Cycling Adventure

Meals: Breakfast and lunch.

Note: The cycling route and duration may vary depending on weather, road conditions and the group’s fitness level. The return transfer from Ban Ho can be arranged by vehicle if required.

Biking-1 Day : Sapa Cycling Adventure: Sapa – Lao Chai – Ta Van – Ban Ho – Sapa ( L)

Start your day with an exciting cycling journey from Sapa Town, heading downhill into the stunning Muong Hoa Valley. Ride through scenic mountain roads surrounded by breathtaking rice terraces and fresh mountain air.

Your first stop is Lao Chai Village, home to the Black H’mong people. Take time to explore the village, meet local families, and learn about their traditional way of life.

Continue cycling to Ta Van Village, where the Giay ethnic group lives. Enjoy a short break, admire the peaceful valley views, and experience the unique culture and daily activities of the locals.

After that, ride further to Ban Ho Village, a beautiful village of the Tay people, located beside a clear stream and lush green mountains. Here, you can relax, enjoy lunch, and even take a refreshing swim if weather permits.

In the afternoon, a car will pick you up at Ban Ho and transfer you back to Sapa Town, ending a memorable day of cycling and cultural discovery.
