Itinerary

Night 1: Ha Noi - Sapa by the tourist sleeper bus

At 8:30 pm transfer from your hotel to the Hanoi bus office for boarding at 9:15 pm. You will take single cabins sleeper bus to Sapa town. The next morning: The bus arrives in Sapa is at about 5:00 am where your Sapa Pathfinder Travel guide/driver will welcome you. Look for the "Sapa Pathfinder Travel" sign on your arrival, you will be transferred to the Sapa Pathfinder Travel office to freshen up, rest, and enjoy breakfast. then prepare for the trek as detailed below

Day 1: Sapa – Y Linh Ho - Chai San - Lao Chai – Ta Van – Sapa - (B, L, D)
8:30 am

Our local guide will pick you up at your hotel in Sapa Town. After a short introduction about the trekking route, start walking down into the beautiful Muong Hoa Valley, one of the most stunning valleys in Sapa.

9:30 am

The first part of the trek takes you through mountain trails, rice terraces, and peaceful countryside landscapes. Arrive at Y Linh Ho Village, a small village of the Black H’mong ethnic people. Here you can discover the local culture, traditional wooden houses, and daily farming activities of the local families.

Along the way, enjoy breathtaking views of the Hoang Lien Son Mountain range and endless rice terraces stretching across the valley.

11:00 am

Keep trekking along small village paths and scenic rice fields toward Chai San area. This quieter route offers beautiful landscapes, streams, buffalo trails, and opportunities to meet local people working on the terraces. Your guide will share more about the traditions, customs, and daily life of the ethnic communities living in the valley

12:00 am

Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant or family-run homestay in Chai San Village. Take a short rest while admiring the peaceful mountain scenery.

1:30 pm

After lunch, continue to Lao Chai Village, one of the largest villages in Muong Hoa Valley. Walk through rice terraces and narrow village roads surrounded by stunning natural landscapes. Depending on the season, you can see rice planting, cultivating, or golden rice fields ready for harvest.

2:30 pm

Continue trekking to Ta Van Village, home of the Giay ethnic minority people. Compared with the H’mong villages, Ta Van offers a different culture and traditional lifestyle. Enjoy your time in Muong Hoa riverside, suspension bridges, and valley view before transferring back to Sapa Town.

Day 2: Fansipan Cable Car (optional) - (B)
