Itinerary
Biking-1 Day : Sapa Cycling Adventure: Sapa – Lao Chai – Ta Van – Ban Ho – Sapa ( L)
Start your day with an exciting cycling journey from Sapa Town, heading downhill into the stunning Muong Hoa Valley. Ride through scenic mountain roads surrounded by breathtaking rice terraces and fresh mountain air.
Your first stop is Lao Chai Village, home to the Black H’mong people. Take time to explore the village, meet local families, and learn about their traditional way of life.
Continue cycling to Ta Van Village, where the Giay ethnic group lives. Enjoy a short break, admire the peaceful valley views, and experience the unique culture and daily activities of the locals.
After that, ride further to Ban Ho Village, a beautiful village of the Tay people, located beside a clear stream and lush green mountains. Here, you can relax, enjoy lunch, and even take a refreshing swim if weather permits.
In the afternoon, a car will pick you up at Ban Ho and transfer you back to Sapa Town, ending a memorable day of cycling and cultural discovery.
